The governmental grant to get the electrical juices flowing in Norway will be spread across the country rather than just in the big cities. This will help to move the concept of EVs as a City phenomenon , over to something as normal as apple pie. Hopefully. All counties that has more than 5000 citizens will be accepted for the program.
